MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters (+) preferred in Education
- Administrative Experience at the school level minimum of three years
- Experience in data analysis, scripting and coding preferred
- Such qualifications not listed but acceptable to the Board of Trustees.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Train administrators, lead teachers, etc in the use of Rally or Tableau as the data dashboard for the district
- Attends Technology and Accountability Roundtable (TAR) meetings and reports back to district-level accountability representative
- Use of scripting and coding tools to assist in the adequate flow of data, single-sign-on, and integration of various warehousing services
- Coordinates federal and state accountability to include the Education Accountability Act and the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)
- Coordinates all data reporting requirements to the State Department of Education, the Federal Department of Education, and any other agencies or groups related to accountability
- Assumes responsibility for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating results of the district-wide assessment program and assisting principals, counselors, teachers, and other staff with the data for instructional purposes
- Coordinates graduation rate data collection, extraction, and submission
- Coordinates student, teacher, and parent state surveys
- Serves as District Testing Coordinator for State mandated testing; coordinates materials, and training, manages storage, security, inventory, ordering, scheduling, delivery and pickup, pre-coding, test disposal, testing modifications, distribution of scoring reports to schools, investigation and reporting of any testing violations
- Imports all test scores (KRA, myIGDIs, CogAT, ITBS, WIDA, NNAT, SC READY, SC PASS, PTA, I-Ready, GPA, SC-Alt, SAT, ACT, WIN, etc.) and working closely with the testing coordinator
- Assist with district-wide assessments to support, set up, and configure vendor portals for curriculum-based formative assessments
- Coordinate iReady testing for the district and schools
- Supervises district testing office (federal and state) to ensure compliance and technology requirements
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent
Contract: 240 Days
